132 Marsden will target a 5 star NABERS Energy Rating with a range of initiatives delivered via an adaptive reuse of the existing base building.

Through the use of exposed terracotta screening, curved glazing, polished concrete and timber elements, all balanced with lush landscaping, Sissons Architects have created a modern design that echoes Parramatta’s heritage aesthetic.
